New in package, kinda. The sticker on the packaging has sheet listed as 81x108, Double, but then same package, measurement is 72x108-Twin. I measured the sheet without unfolding it and confirmed its 81 inches, Double. The sheet is new, never unfolded, but the very old plastic fell off while I was handling and taking pictures.

The plastic says the sheet is 81x108, Double.
